WordPress WooCommerce Setting Menu (How to setup woocommerce)

Hi, to get WordPress woocommerce menu, first need to install the plugin woocommerce please install the plugin you can take help from how to install plugin from the site. Now after activate the plugin you will get the menu WooCommerce and Products. Now first need to setting so go to woocommerce settings menu and you will find some tabs, they are:

  1. General

    It content the general and currency options and content the fields,
    The general portion content.
    i. Base location : it denoted the base store location.
    ii. Selling location(s) : it denote in which location admin want to sell.
    iii. Shipping location(s) : it denote in which location admin want to ship .
    iv. Default customer location : it let to select customer location.
    v. Enable taxes : check the box to Enable taxes and tax calculations.
    vi. Store notice : check the box to Enable site-wide store notice text.
    The Currency Portion Content
    i. Currency: it let to select the currency type
    ii. Currency position: it let to select the position of the currency icon.
    iii. Thousand separator: it let to select the thousand separator icon.
    iv. Decimal separator: it let to select the decimal point separator icon.
    v. Number of decimals: it is for select the number of digit want to show after decimal.

  2. Products:

    it content some sub tabs and they are:
    a. General: It content the Measurements and Reviews and the content field for Measurements are:
    i. Weight unit
    ii. and Dimensions unit
    and for Reviews field is:
    i. Product ratings and it have a few options like 1. Enable ratings on reviews, 2. Ratings are required to leave a review, 3. Show “verified owner” label for customer reviews, 4. Only allow reviews from “verified owners”

    b. Display: It content the display style of product and there is two portion 1. Shop & product pages and 2. Product images
    the Shop & product pages have the fields
    i. Shop page: to select a page as shop page.
    ii. Shop page display : It let to select how to display the combination of category and product
    iii. Default category display: it let to set the display of product and category display in archive.
    iv. Default product sorting : to short the product in display page.
    v. and Add to cart behaviour it have two option : a. Redirect to the cart page after successful addition and b. Enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives
    And the  Product images portion giving the options for the size of
    1. Catalog images , 2. Single product image , 3. Product thumbnails

    c. Inventory : It content the stock related settings and the fields are
    i. Manage stock
    ii. Hold stock (minutes)
    iii. Notifications
    iv. Notification recipient(s) (its an email address in which the notification will be sent)
    v. Low stock threshold
    vi. Out of stock threshold
    vii. Out of stock visibility
    viii. Stock display format

    d. Downloadable products : its portion is for setting the downloadable product. and content
    i. File download method (Its for force download or redirect option)
    ii. Access restriction

  3. Shipping

    : it content sub tabs
    a. Shipping zones : it let to set in which zone the product can be sifted.
    b. Shipping options It content the fields 1. Calculations , 2 . Shipping destination , 3. Debug mode (Enable shipping debug mode to show matching shipping zones and to bypass shipping rate cache.)
    c. Shipping classes : The portion let user to set shipping class

  4. Checkout

    : its the portion of paymeny getway and checkout related settings portions and it content
    a. Checkout options : it content a few portion and they are:
    * Checkout process :    Content Fields are
    i. Coupons: to enable coupons
    ii. Checkout process
    * Checkout pages : it let to select the
    i. cart page
    ii. checkout page
    iii. and terms and condition page
    * Checkout endpoints
    i. Pay
    ii. Order received
    ii. Add payment method
    iii. Delete payment method
    iv. Set default payment method
    * Payment getway from that point on clicking ant getway user van enable disable related payment getway.
    b. BACS : to enable bank transfer click on enable and update
    c. Check payments: to enable check payment click on enable and update
    d. Cash on delivery:  to enable COD click on enable and update
    e. PayPal:  to enable Paypal click on enable and give the paypal email address and related fields if possible and update

  5. Accounts

    : it have two portion also
    * Account page and the fields are:
    i. My account page
    ii. Customer registration
    iii. Login
    iv. Account creation
    * Mt Account End Poent
    i. Orders
    ii. View order
    iii. Downloads
    iv. Edit account
    v. Addresses
    vi. Payment methods
    vii. Lost password
    viii. Logout

  6. And


    : its the portion from where admin can control the relevant email address to get and send email related of purchase and also can set up the the sender name and email address and a few layout design also.
